Rooms are furnished and designed with the comfort of the resident in mind. We encourage residents to decorate their room with personal keepsakes and favourite items. Accommodation is available in private, semi-private or basic rooms, all with 2-piece ensuite baths. Situated near a Marina, some rooms enjoy a view of the bay.

Westgate Lodge offers a pleasant atmosphere for entertaining family and friends. Visitors are always welcome and visiting hours are flexible. The attractively decorated lounge areas coupled with beautifully landscaped grounds and gazebo, add to the home-like environment. Outdoor gardens are designed to enhance the residents time out of doors in an environment that is safe and secure.

The Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-term Care establishes the monthly and daily rates which are standardized across the province of Ontario. Residents applying for Basic accommodation services may be eligible for Rate Reductions as outlined in the Long Term Care Homes Act and Regulations. The process for admission to long-term care homes in Ontario will be explained to you by your assigned Case Manager at the local Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) .
